Who am I

I'm Arturo, a technology leader with 20 years of experience building and leading software teams across a range of industries — including disability services, market research, streaming, and sustainability.I bring hands-on expertise across the full technology stack: software development, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and security. I've delivered SaaS platforms and mobile applications end to end, and I know what it takes to build systems that scale and teams that perform.Beyond the technical side, I'm genuinely passionate about the people. I care about building strong engineering cultures and helping individuals grow into their full potential.
